1. Acceptance of Terms

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

All financial transactions on jbboss are processed in Philippine Pesos. If you fund your payment method using a different currency, conversion will be performed by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate. jbboss is not responsible for currency fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third parties.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed account verification, met applicable wagering requirements, and complied with all Terms and conditions. 10.3 Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws governing these Terms. Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived.

10.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jbboss operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. jbboss may charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts. After twenty-four (24) months of inactivity, accounts may be closed, and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable laws. You will receive notification via email before any fees are charged or accounts are closed for inactivity.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

jbboss reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of jbboss services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. Closing your account after Terms modifications does not affect any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to account closure.
